Brian Foutch
Dr, Brian K. Foutch, OD. PhD, is the Chairman of the board. After spending over 25 years with the US Air Force and 15 years as a professor and administrator at the University of the Incarnate Word, he currently owns a private optometric practice in Tehachapi. Dr Foutch is committed to fostering creative growth and ensuring the Foundation’s mission thrives.

Christie Lee is a dedicated community advocate, hometown realtor, and proud Tehachapi native who brings passion and purpose to everything she does. As Board President of the Well Music and Arts Foundation, she is deeply committed to creating opportunities that inspire and uplift others through creativity and connection.

Rebecca is the Chief Financial Officer of The Well Music and Arts Foundation, where she combines her love for creativity, community, and leadership. With a background in nursing and nutrition, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to her work — balancing financial strategy with compassion and wellness.
Whether managing the foundation’s financial growth or advocating for health and wellness, Rebecca is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others through both healing and the arts.
