Brian Foutch
Dr, Brian K. Foutch, OD. PhD, is the Chairman of the board for The Well Music & Arts Foundation. As a private practice owner and retired professor from the University of the Incarnate Word’s Rosenberg School of Optometry, he combines sharp analytical skills with a deep passion for community development through the arts. Dr. Foutch is committed to fostering creative growth and ensuring the Foundation’s mission thrives, merging his professional expertise with strategic leadership.

Christie Lee is a dedicated community advocate, hometown realtor, and proud Tehachapi native who brings passion and purpose to everything she does. As Board President of the Well Music and Arts Foundation, she is deeply committed to creating opportunities that inspire and uplift others through creativity and connection.

Rebecca is the Chief Financial Officer of The Well Music and Arts Foundation, where she combines her love for creativity, community, and leadership. With a background in nursing and nutrition, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to her work — balancing financial strategy with compassion and wellness.
