Wellness Policy
At The Well Music and Arts Foundation, the health and safety of our students is our top priority. To support our many children with compromised immune systems and ensure a safe learning environment for everyone, we are committed to strictly adhering to our wellness policy. This includes following all recommended health guidelines, maintaining clean and sanitized classrooms, and encouraging healthy habits among staff, students, and families. Together, by respecting these practices, we can help keep our community strong, healthy, and thriving as we continue to share the joy of music and arts education.
When to Stay Home
To protect the health of our students and staff, students must stay home if they exhibit any of the following symptoms:
Fever (100.1°F or higher) within the past 24 hours
Persistent cough or sneezing not related to allergies
Runny nose with yellow or green mucus
Sore throat with other symptoms (fever, swollen glands)
Vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours
Fatigue or body aches that interfere with learning or participation
Positive diagnosis of flu, COVID-19, or other contagious illness
Return to Class:
Students must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without medication.
Students may return once they are well enough to participate in lessons and are no longer contagious, per guidance from a healthcare provider if necessary.
